Competition Requirements and Regulations

The new book of Competition Requirements & Regulations is to replace the Premium Book. This book will be your source for all requirements, entry forms, and other required forms to enter your specific event, 4-H class, FFA class, or open class. The best way to view this book is through Internet Explorer. The best way to navigate through this book is to use the bookmarks. You can find this icon on the left side of your screen. The icon looks like a folded ribbon. Once you have opened the bookmarks you can click on your appropriate tab and you will be navigated to that page. You are still required to read through the “Overall Requirements and Regulations (for ALL Exhibitors)” as well as “Junior Division or Open Division Requirements and Regulations”.  All entry forms, applications, and other required forms are at the end of the book in the appendix.

For an example: If I am a Junior Division Beef showman I will need to read and understand the following sections of the Competition Requirements & Regulations:

“Overall Requirements and Regulations (for ALL Exhibitors)”
“Junior Division Overall Requirements and Regulations: Departments 1-30”
“Junior Livestock Division: Departments 13-19, 22, 27”
“Junior Division Beef”
All entry forms and other required documents

If I am an Open Division Fine Art exhibitor I will need to read and understand the following sections of the Competition Requirements & Regulations:

“Overall Requirements and Regulations (for ALL Exhibitors)”
“Open Division Departments A-G”
“Department C: Fine Arts”
All entry forms and other required documents

You can reference page 5 for a diagram of these steps.

If you have followed these steps and you are still unable to find your paperwork, you may call either the Fairgrounds Office: 720-733-6909 or the Extension Office: 720-733-6940.
