Applications for the 2023 Douglas County Fair & Rodeo are now being accepted!
They will be reviewed in the order they are received.

Application Process

Please review and complete the application and email any additional questions you may have to fair@douglas.co.us
or call 720-733-6900

Email your application and a photo of your display to fair@douglas.co.us to be considered!

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a committee. Upon receiving final approval, you will receive a formal agreement in addition to Vendor Policies and Procedures. Each vendor must obtain a Special Events License and a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Full payment is due with return of signed agreement.

  • Wednesday, August 2: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Thursday, August 3: 8:00am - 1:00pm

Marketplace Open to Public

  • Thursday, August 3: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Friday, August 4: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 5: 10:00am – 9:00pm
  • Sunday, August 6: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Check-out, Move-out
  • Sunday, August 6: 4:00pm-7:00pm

Food Vendor Application


Interested in becoming a Food Vendor? We are now accepting applications!

Vendors will be selected depending on product type, quality, pricing and concessionaire history. Previous participation in the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo will not grant priority in the selection process.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience to our guests all the way down to the food they eat. Our guests crave the classics but are always looking for something new! From cotton candy and corn dogs to turkey legs and street tacos, we encourage you to apply!
