Email your application, example menu (with prices) and a photo of your display to fair@douglas.co.us to be considered!
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a committee who will be making the selections for the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo's 2022 food vendors. Upon receiving final approval, you will be sent an official agreement and Vendor Policies and Procedures. Each vendor must obtain a Special Events License (Not Applicable to Food Trucks) and a Certificate of Liability Insurance. A security deposit of $100 is is due with return of signed agreement. The full balance is due no later than June 1, 2022.
