Orientation will be Saturday, July 8th at 10 am or 1 pm. We will introduce the Guest Services Committee members, communicate the expectations of our members, policies, and procedures for Guest Services, where to check in/check out, and receive your Guest Services t-shirt and a tour of the grounds.

For volunteers that signed up for a ticket seller or taker position, the required orientation information is coming soon. We cross-train these two roles, to ensure that if we need to make any manpower changes "day of" we have members ready to go. The training is approximately 2 hours in length. Everyone will create a Box Office sales account (username & password), learn how to complete sales through TicketMaster, how scanners work, what expectations are, where to check in/check out, get your Guest Services t-shirt, etc.

Look forward to seeing you at Orientation and welcome aboard!
