The Marketplace


Interested in becoming a Vendor? Now accepting applications!

Designed to be an attraction itself, the Marketplace was created in order to give fairgoers another exciting event to take part in. Now people can enjoy the rodeo, attend a concert, see animals, enjoy the carnival AND have an unique shopping experience all in one place!

Application Process

Please review the documents below and email any additional questions you may have to fair@douglas.co.us or call 720-733-6941

Email your application and a photo of your display to fair@douglas.co.us to be considered!

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a committee. Upon receiving initial acceptance, you must obtain a Special Events License and a Certificate of Liability Insurance before receiving final approval. Once receiving final approval, you will be sent an official agreement in addition Vendor Policies and Procedures. Full payment is due with return of signed agreement.

Interested in becoming a Vendor? Now accepting applications!

Vendors will be selected depending on product type, quality, pricing and concessionaire history. Previous participation in the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo will not grant priority in the selection process.

Vendor Type:
We are committed to providing the best possible experience to our guests all the way down to the food they eat. Our guests crave the classics, but are always looking for something new! Whether you serve corn dogs and cotton candy or street tacos and salsa, we encourage you to apply!

Application Process

Email your application, example menu (with prices) and a photo of your display to fair@douglas.co.us to be considered!

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a committee who will be making the selections for the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo's 2019 food vendors.Upon receiving initial acceptance, you must obtain a Special Events License (Not Applicable to Food Trucks) and a Certificate of Liability Insurance before receiving final approval. Once receiving final approval, you will be sent an official agreement and Vendor Policies and Procedures. A security deposit of $100 is is due with return of signed agreement. The full balance is due no later than June 1, 2019.
